Industry Workshop: The Fight for the Last Mile

Our fall 2013 Industry Workshop highlighted the competitive landscape surrounding the continual rise of e-commerce and direct delivery of goods to consumers and businesses alike. The program emphasized that the “Fight for the Last Mile” is not only about the last mile itself, but the complete design of the supply chain and the technology that enables a first-in-class user experience.
