*Special Working Session: Prof. Diego Klabjan organized and led a specialized Workshop on Business Intelligence oriented toward business users in transportation. Leading experts from various industries discussed recent trends, issues and challenges in the field of business intelligence. The focus of the workshop was to improve decision making through the use of Business Intelligence. The discussion included success stories, the underlying business intelligence tools that are being used, and the identification of major impediments to the widespread adoption of centralized data warehouses. |
