American Bus Association Foundation - Research Grant Program
 The American Bus Association Foundation (ABAF) offers a grant program for graduate students currently working towards a specialized degree in a transportation, travel, or tourism field of study. Students studying in these fields are encouraged to submit an application and a concept proposal of their white paper for consideration.
Awards:
Two (2) up to $2,500 grants awarded for industry white papers.
· One to a student in a transportation related program
· One to a student in a travel/tourism related program
Students are expected to produce a 15-20-page white paper on a topic of interest related to their field of study and to the motorcoach, tour and travel industry. Award recipients may be invited to share his or her final product before an audience of industry executives held at an industry forum during the year. Each winner will receive $1,500 to use toward development of the research product and up to $1,000 for expenses related to travel to one of the industry showcase events, if the individual is invited to present his/her paper.
